Because some hot tubs are located and shipped from different locations in the country (CT, CA, FL, etc) the cost of delivery is determined by your location and the type of delivery you choose; “Drop Ship” or “White Glove Delivery”. Drop Ship Delivery

The standard delivery for most hot tub sales is delivering a pre-packaged hot tub to the customer's driveway. This delivery is often adequate for small and/or relatively light (150 - 250 lb) hot tubs. When ordering large hot tubs and for those that seek the assurances that the hot tub you order will be positioned properly, without any damage, we strongly recommend a White Glove Delivery.

White Glove Delivery

All White Glove Deliveries are performed by Hot Tub Service, a division of ThermoSpas Inc. This method of delivery guarantees that your hot tub will be delivered and installed without any damage to the spa or your home. It also provides a full inspection and education on the proper use and maintenance of your new hot tub. Please call for a quote on White Glove delivery to your home. We can even arrange for special equipment, such as a crane, as required.

The following procedures are followed on all White Glove Deliveries.

1. Delivered spa is uncrated at your home
2. A full inspection for damage is performed
3. Spa is delivered and positioned at the preferred location
4. A full education is provided on the spas' operation from valves to usage of controls
5. A full education is provided on proper maintenance of your spa from changing the filters to draining and cleaning the shell.
6. Every delivery team must call the home office on the completion of the White Glove Delivery and receive assurances from the customer that the delivery was performed to your satisfaction.

Free Site Inspection

To be certain that the spa you order does not require any special equipment Hot Tub Service offers a Free Site Inspection prior to the delivery. A factory trained employee will visit your home to determine the easiest and safest path to install your hot tub. Each technician is trained to answer questions on floor load requirements, electrical hook up, national building code requirements, along with ideas on how to lessen the cost and time of maintaining your hot tub. This is a free service offered by Hot Tub Service at the choosing of the customer on any hot tub ordered.

Trade-In Your Existing Hot Tub

If you currently own a hot tub it may be worth money. A technician during the site inspection will, upon your request, inspect your spa and asses the it's resale value. This is how we acquire most of our Pre-Owned Spas.
